"Ride or Die" - 40k Bike Race
April 12, 2008
Fee: $5
Time: 1:00 PM the latest (if folks show up sooner, I'll start sooner)
Prizes: 1st and 2nd place.
Number Of Laps: 1
(If it goes quickly enough, or there is enough interest, we'll do multiple matches)
General Rules:
* Bike is Free!
* 110 pt budget allowed for a character (including cost of the character + wargear, etc.)
* No 2+ armor saves.
* No more than 4 wounds.
* For races without bikes: assume a bike that provides +1 toughness with twin-linked bolters as weapons.
* Two turbo boosts allowed per game.
* If you kill a player in an Assault, you will get your normal D6 massacre. Tied combats tie both players together, movement is halved but both players move in their respective phases.
* Be sure to bring 3 corresponding models to function as a cheering section. No self-respecting competitor fails to bring his crew to the races.

How to use a Bayonet
1. Affix bayonet to mounting lug.
2. Charge enemy, keep bayonet between yourself and target.
3. Plunge bayonet into enemy's belly in an upward motion, aiming for vital organs and avoiding ribcage.
4. Repeat as necessary.
