Skaven Army list

Last week I tried a list that included Gaint rats and could not beleive how well they did. I did spend the the extra 100 pts for Skweel Gnawtooth in one unit and it paid off big time the unit at the start of the game rolls on a chart and can either get regen, poision at. or +1 attack. I ended up with a unit of 40 rats with regen and they tore thru all kinds of beastment with Skweel leading the way he by himself was nasty for 100 pts start of every round he inflicks d6+2 str 2 before any combat then he himself has 2 at. str4 no armor saves each unsaved wound counts as two great hero killer... took out the BSB with him...

Any of you skaven players out there you should give them a try Skweel can also be in a unit of rat ogres not bad choice either

have any of you tried a clan moulder list??

I like the Giant rats, with their rule, in horde formation, they can attack 4 ranks deep. Wanna make them even nastier ?
Cast Death Frenzy and watch them rip shit appart with Skweel leading the pack.

You know the funny thing I normally do not use any magic at all and have yet to play a grey seer. I know the plague spells are nasty to, I just need to work them into a list but unless the game is 3k or higher I do not see me using the bell our funace.

I do always take a unit of 5 to 7 jezzails just to hit large nasty targets.

That was a great game and those rats certainly did a number on my gors, but I fail to understand why giant rats are strength 3. oh well.

Ahh but do not forget the cyclops they took out and the BSB. They did beter then the rat ogre by far and cost less and by the way I hate that musk what ever it is called to reroll hits...

That was a great game nothing beter then coming down to the last turn to decide the outcome, that is what it is all about.

And come on they are gaint rats of course they would be str. 3 there gaint rats they shopuld get stomp 1 hit str. 1

Probably for the same reason that GW decided to make Orcs strength 3...
