Greenstuff

So, I've been working on my Nurgle army a little lately. I've seen some amazung greenstuff work. I've done some greenstuff work myself, but I am not 100% happy with it.

I'm curious what resources you guys use for greenstuff work? Do you use greenstuff? do you run away from using it, crying like a little girl with a skinned knee?

I've read a lot of the stuff by GW on the subject, keep your tool lubed, keep your work surface wet, smoothe out fingerprints with a wet tool. I'm hoping you guys may have some more for me.

Well I use greenstuff but not very well so my advice is probably not very sound. I do use it and I've found that even with my poor skills you can at least add a decent amount of interest to your models.

My most recent project was making the skiis for my War Altar. They didn't come out too great but it's better then nothing.
