I based the price on the cost of the model and an average of what those painting sites charge. Im not trying to rip anyone off, but I aint giving the shit away either. Ive begun work on my second Deathguard Vindicator. After this tournament I was very pleased with its combat performance. Around 20 Marines(Space Wolf) killed over 20 Guardsmen an Eldar seer and two Predators. It also survived all three battles. I need some ideas for names for it. So lets hear them.

With the new crazy vehicle rules and they get saves and what not, would this list work on 5th edition ? Kustom forcefields give vehicles a 4+ cover save, does this means vehicles get a 4+ save ? Big meks allow me to take Deff Dreads as troop choices. With the new RUN rule, this guys can get accross the field pretty fast and prob survive, nobody wants to face 11 dreads.

Sunshine will be having its first Lord of the Rings tournament.

I have not come up with firm point level yet, but not less than 250 points and not more than 600 points.

It appears 600 points takes to long for a tournament with multiple battles, but 250 may not be satisfying enough. Please make suggestions.

We could have a couple of scenarios mix with brief battle of 250 points.

What would like to have?

Here is my brief plan for the LotR SBG

1) Construct totally new terrain for the LotR environment. If you like the terrain at Sunshine now, I believe you will really enjoy the terrain I am working on presently. It be self contain, which means it will only be used by the LotR players. It will be unique to the LotR story/theme, different areas, will be as accurate as possible to the story.

I will start with the "Fellowship" material and work my way towards "Return of the King". ...
