How about this coming Sunday, the 22nd? Did anything happen while Chris and I were gone? Happy Father's Day to all, by the way!

Nope we didn't get together cuase of father's day.

Let's get an idea of how many people want to continue this campaign.. cause I've been getting a feeling that people have been a little "take it or leave it". Is the campaign itself is too hard to win? or the battles are getting to big.. ?

What does everyone think. Should we continue? and if we do, should we put more restrictions on things to make the games a little easier?

From the sounds of the army sizes you guys were talking about eariler it sounds like once the game gets going any further battles are going to take forever. One of the advantages of smaller restrictions on army sizes is that it allows for a session to take place for multiple turns while your not waiting for the 4500 pt. Battle to run it's course.

Thats just what I've noticed. The store I found in Nashville is running a campaign though it seems quite different. Kind of a "you fight battles which effect later battles, etc. etc." I think.

It's too big (battles, I don't have enough models) I may have to back out and focus on my 40k. I've got a new goal to win the first GT in fifth. or Vegas this year (if i can get a cheap flight).

I'll be down for fantasy 2k points sometimes tho.

I'm still in...battle sizes don't bother me much, but I understand where others might have issues.

So, are we having a campaign turn this weekend? I'll be there Sunday regardless, but inquiring minds want to know.

So, is the campaign officially dead? I hope not, but neither Chris nor I will be here next weekend. The weekend after that is the WHFB tournament, so that will be our gaming day for the weekend. The first day that either of us will be free to play is Saturday, July 12, then we're out for summer vacation, so won't be available until Sunday, July 20...after that, it's pretty open. I have enjoyed the campaign to date and owe Luis a good butt kickin' for chasing after my Scout banner with Max. Thoughts?
