See, you gotta remember that magic is fickle in Fantasy. One miscast can ruin the game for your army. It's hard to rely on it, though a magic heavy army is hard to beat.

Thats why i love Tomb Kings, you can NEVER miscast !

Alex,
Don't forget that at 3500 pts, 13 power dice is not such a big deal.
With people being able to take 2 Lord Spots and 4 hero spots.. you may see alot more dispell dice and dispel scrolls available
